Cancellation and Refunds
Last updated 4 October 2026
This policy is part of the Terms of Service between you and Mololab, LLC (“Molo Lab”, “we”). It explains how to cancel MoloPilot, what happens when you do, and when we refund a payment.
In short
- Cancel any time. MoloPilot keeps working until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Cancel during a free trial and you are never charged.
- Payments are not refunded, except for a charge made in error, a service we failed to provide, or where the law requires it.
- Cancelling MoloPilot does not stop advertisements on your Meta account. Pause them if you want them to stop.
The sections below are what apply.
1. How to cancel
In MoloPilot, open Billing and choose Manage billing, where you can cancel your plan. If your purchase was sold through Link, you can also cancel it from your Link account.
Your plan ends at the end of the period you have paid for. Until then MoloPilot keeps working and your credits can be used. After that, you are not charged again. Until your plan ends, you can resume it from the same place.
If you cancel during a free trial, the trial runs to its end and you are never charged.
2. What happens to your advertising
When your plan ends, MoloPilot stops operating your advertising. It does not pause or delete anything on your Meta advertising account: advertisements it started keep running, and Meta keeps charging you for them, until you pause them. If you want them to stop, pause them in MoloPilot before your plan ends, or in Meta Ads Manager at any time.
Your workspace and its data stay, so you can come back. To delete them, see how to delete your data.
3. Payments are final
Every payment is final and is not refunded, including:
- the first payment when a free trial ends, and every renewal after it;
- plans without a free trial, such as Scale;
- the difference charged when you move to a bigger plan;
- credit purchases;
- time or credits you did not use, including after you cancel or move to a smaller plan;
- a renewal you forgot to cancel;
- advertising results that did not meet your expectations.
Where a plan has a free trial, the trial is the time to decide whether MoloPilot is right for you. Once you pay, MoloPilot starts working for you straight away, and every picture and video it makes is paid for, by us, to the services that make it, at the moment it is made. That cost cannot be taken back, which is why a payment cannot be either.
4. When we do refund
We refund, to the original payment method:
- a charge made in error, such as a duplicate charge, a wrong amount, or a charge after you had cancelled;
- a payment for a period in which a fault on our side kept you from using MoloPilot at all, and we did not fix it within a reasonable time after you told us;
- anything the law requires us to refund.
If you are a consumer under the law of your country, you may have rights that cannot be excluded, such as a right to cancel within a set period. Nothing in this policy limits them.
5. Credits
When something MoloPilot is making fails, the credits held for it return to your balance automatically. That return is in credits, not money: credits have no cash value and are never exchanged for money.
6. Advertising spend
What you pay Meta for advertising is between you and Meta. Molo Lab never receives that money and cannot refund it. Ask Meta about any charge on your advertising account.
7. How to ask for a refund
Email support@molopilot.com within 60 days of the charge, from the address you sign in with, with the date and amount of the charge and what went wrong. We answer within 5 business days. An approved refund usually reaches you within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
If your purchase was sold through Link, Link’s refund policy also applies to it.
If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us before disputing it with your bank, because we can usually fix it faster. If a payment is reversed through a dispute, the period and the credits it paid for end.
